For members (employees or their beneficiaries) who enroll in a ValueOptions-sponsored mental health benefit plan or employee assistance plan through your employer, please contact us by calling the toll-free number provided to you by your employer.

This specific toll-free number is typically found on the membership identification card or other informational items (brochures, posters, etc.) supplied by your employer or medical health plan.

You can also contact us online through MemberConnect, our secure online portal for customer service. In addition to contacting us, you can complete a variety of administrative transactions online. It‘s convenient and secure! If you are visiting MemberConnect for the first time, you will need to register first. However, if you are a return visitor, simply log-in and submit an inquiry from the benefits, eligibility, authorization or claim status screen!
