Bob Esposito

As Executive Vice President and Chief Information and Technology Officer, Mr. Esposito is responsible for the strategic and operational development and deployment of ValueOptions’^® management information systems, products, services, and technical infrastructure. He currently oversees the Information Technology (IT) Division, including data center operations, telecommunications, technology planning and deployment, IT business support, and application development for data warehousing, Web services, client/server, e-commerce and mission critical systems. Further responsibilities include leveraging new technologies to improve business operations and competitive positioning and developing strategic alliances with leading technology pioneers. Mr. Esposito is an expert in designing, developing and implementing innovative technologies to support strategic and short-term business objectives.

Prior to his employment with ValueOptions^®, Mr. Esposito led the Global Information Services Division within MasterCard International, specializing in data warehousing and e-commerce technologies. Mr. Esposito also served as an IT consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers and provided a variety of technical services and solutions for public sector, commercial, and federal clients. Mr. Esposito has in-depth experience in a variety of platforms, including mid-range computing, client/server, and Web-based technologies.

Mr. Esposito has a bachelor of science degree in computer science and engineering from Rider University and is certified in a variety of IT-related areas.
